Your mind is so powerful and will do what you tell it. If you are regularly telling yourself you aren’t worthy, not smart enough, too old or too young, and so on. You will believe those words.
Try to retrain your brain to say words and phrases that support positivity and you’ll soon find out that you possess the qualities needed to be extremely successful.
Here’s how to get started:
- Figure out what “success” is to you. This could be trying something new that has been tugging at your heart, asking for a raise, applying for your dream job, starting a business, spending more time with your family and so on.
- Write out your action plan. Hint: don’t overthink it, just write out some actions that you will need to do in order to get started.
- Find words that support your retraining of your mind and say them twice a day. Say them as if you are already successful, not “I want” but “I am”
- Start!
