At times, we feel like we are super women and can conquer anything that comes our way. Yet, other times we can’t even drag ourselves out of bed but no matter what, WE SHOW UP.
Pat yourself on the back because look at all you’ve accomplished this week, year, or life!
If you don’t feel like you’ve accomplished much, write everything down that you feel has been a failure or setback. Get a piece of paper or in your journal, draw a line in the middle of the page. The column on the left will be a setback that’s occurred and in the right column, write down how you overcame it and/or what you’ve taken away from it. I bet you’ll be surprised at your tenacity and strength. (see example below)

We have strength to get through things we never thought we could and then, look back and see what we learned from that specific situation.
I am a firm believer that it’s vital to learn from hard times instead of being the victim.
I know you’ve heard this before, but I feel this so deeply, “It’s not happening to me, it’s happening for me.” If we live with that mindset, life gets a little more manageable and we can see the world and universe through a different lens.
